fix: optimize background removal image download using direct URL

- Change backend response format from base64 image content to image URL
- Use returned image URL directly for download to avoid blob URL security warnings
- Simplify image display logic to use URL instead of base64 encoding
- Fix HTTP security warning issue in download functionality
